We are pleased to welcome Leah Vandermark to Millers as an Agency Licensing and Project Coordinator in the Sales department. She comes to us from Behavior by Design where she spent the last six years as the head of the Administrative Department. In that role she was in charge of internal and external communications, developed and implemented company policies, was the compliance officer, and coordinated Human Resources functions including licensing of the professionals in the office. Leah will be administering the agency licensing and appointment requests, executing administrative tasks, and ensuring timely processing of agent, agency and/or adjuster licenses and applicable appointments.
