We are pleased to welcome Brooke Sexton as a Claims Service Representative (CSR). Brooke graduated from Central Penn College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in the Legal Studies Program. Most recently she worked for a Beckley & Madden LLC as a Legal Secretary. Her primary duties as a CSR will be to answer agent and customer inquiries, respond to phone inquiries relating to claims and payment status, process First Notice of Loss, set-up new claims, and maintain reports and spreadsheets for the Claims department.
