Caroline Raneri, Vice President of Sales and Agency Relations at Millers Mutual, will retire on March 31, 2025, after an illustrious 40+ year career in the insurance industry. Caroline’s dedication and leadership have left a lasting impact on both Millers Mutual and the broader insurance community.

Caroline joined Millers Mutual in the summer of 2015 as the Agency Sales and Relationship Leader. In 2019, she was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Agency Relations, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the department. During her tenure, she oversaw agency relations, contracts, compensation plans, distribution channels, and the in-house brokerage, Riverside Brokerage Services. Her strategic initiatives played a pivotal role in ensuring the future growth of Millers Mutual.

With over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Caroline has been instrumental in market expansion, alternative distribution research, and team development. Prior to joining Millers, she held various executive roles, overseeing operations, staffing, and multiple offices. She led office reorganization projects, established a small business unit, and centralized customer distribution and service.

As Caroline transitions into retirement, we extend our deepest gratitude for her many contributions to Millers Mutual and the insurance industry. Her legacy of leadership will continue to inspire us.

Effective February 1, 2025, Chris Campbell stepped into the role of Vice President of Sales and Agency Relations, bringing his own experience and leadership to ensure the continued success of our sales department.
