Pamela starts her journey with us today as the Support Services Clerk, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a strong background in administrative operations.

Pamela spent nearly ten years at PennDot, where she held various roles that helped her hone her skills in managing workflows, processes, and communication. Her familiarity with OnBase, a leading enterprise content management system, is an asset that will further enhance our efficiency in day-to-day operations. Pamela’s expertise will be invaluable as she steps into her new role, which involves uploading workflow, distributing electronic mail, processing pending cancellations, and handling all incoming and outgoing mail for Millers.
