Kerri Roeder, our Agency Licensing Coordinator, received a recent promotion to Project Analyst in the IT Department! Kerri came to Millers in March 2015 from the banking industry where she started as an Underwriting Technical Assistant. Her training served her well as she began a new journey in the insurance industry quickly learning and making an impact in support of the Underwriting team.

In June 2016, Kerri was promoted to Agency Licensing Coordinator which was a fairly new role for the Company. Kerri learned the role quickly and worked to streamline the process where she was integral in shortening the licensing process from days to just hours. Among her many other accomplishments, she utilized her strong organizational skills to help bring to fruition the CRM (Customer Relation Management) system which captures important information on our agents for Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Claims and Accounting to use once fully implemented.

Kerri’s passion, perseverance, and positivity are a combination that she will leverage to provide project management and business analysis solutions to initiatives within the IT department in support of the business needs.
