Millers Mutual is thrilled to announce the promotion of Allison Young to the position of Underwriting Technical Assistant (UTA).

Allison first joined Millers Mutual as a Support Services Clerk in February of 2025, and in just a few short months, she has made an incredible impression with her enthusiasm, curiosity, and dedication to learning. Since starting, Allison has immersed herself in the world of insurance—taking courses through The Institutes and proactively building her knowledge of the industry. She’s consistently gone above and beyond to connect the dots between her responsibilities and the broader goals of Millers Mutual.

Her commitment to growth and her eagerness to contribute have made this promotion a natural next step. We’re thrilled to watch Allison continue her journey with us in this new role and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make as an Underwriting Technical Assistant.
