Joan Yohn was recently promoted to Recruiting & Administrative Specialist at Millers! Joan started with Millers in November 2018 as an Administrative Assistant supporting the leadership team. She has spread her wings since joining the company seizing opportunities to hone her skills and branching out, taking on more responsibilities such as recruiting which she’s taken the lead on over the past year, becoming the point of contact with candidates, conducting first-round interviews independently as well as leading the second-round interviews. Joan has done a tremendous job learning all of the ins and outs of recruiting and is continuing her journey as we continue to fill open roles.
