We’re excited to welcome Bond Phillips to the team as our new IT Portfolio & Business Engagement Leader!

Bond joins us in a pivotal leadership role focused on ensuring that our technology initiatives are closely aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable value. In this capacity, she will serve as a strategic bridge between our business leaders and IT teams—driving clarity, prioritization, and accountability across the IT portfolio.

In addition to shaping our IT portfolio strategy, Bond will provide leadership to our project management community, foster strong collaboration with architecture and operations teams, and champion transparency in how decisions are made. Her role will be instrumental in strengthening how we plan, deliver, and communicate across the organization.

Bond brings a strong blend of experience and expertise to the team. She began her career as a Program Analyst and steadily advanced through roles including Associate Project Manager and Project Manager. Most recently, she served as a Project Manager at Progressive, where she further honed her skills in delivering impactful solutions. Her background spans product development, risk management, leadership, team building, and iterative delivery—making her exceptionally well-equipped for this role.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Penn State University and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
