A Warm Welcome to Carol Graff, Our New Underwriter!

We are excited to introduce Carol Graff as the newest member of our team! Carol joins us today as an Underwriter in our Underwriting Department, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for the insurance industry. We are confident that her expertise and enthusiasm will be a fantastic addition to the Millers team.

Carol’s career began at The Hartford, where she served as a Personal Lines Sales Associate. She then spent the majority of her career at Westfield Insurance, gaining valuable experience across various sectors. Carol began in the Small Business area, later transitioning to Middle Market, and ultimately stepping into the role of Lead Commercial Lines Underwriter.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Penn State, Carol has built a strong foundation in both business and public administration, further enhancing her ability to navigate the complexities of the insurance world.

We are thrilled to have Carol on board and look forward to the contributions she will make to our continued success.
