The results of the anonymous employee survey serve as a meaningful tool for Millers Mutual’s Leadership Team to better understand what matters most to team members, highlight our strengths, and help shape strategies for continued improvement. Aggregated survey insights will be shared with all staff at an upcoming company-wide meeting to continue to advocate for and invest in the employee experience.
