We are pleased to announce that Lisa Aumiller, currently serving as a Leadership Effectiveness and Development Specialist, has accepted the position of Senior Executive Administrative Assistant.

Lisa brings with her over two decades of extensive administrative and executive support experience. She began her career in 1997 at Sovereign Bank, where she supported top-level executives including the Chairman, President, COO, and CFO. During her time there, she was instrumental in preparing transition materials for the transfer of all investor relations activities to the transfer agent, served as the primary liaison with the transfer agent, and effectively managed all board relations.

Lisa continued in a similar capacity at Susquehanna Bank, where she again supported C-suite executives and refined her skills in high-level administrative functions. In October 2014, she joined Millers as a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, where she quickly became a valued asset to the executive team.

Her recent work in Leadership Effectiveness and Development has further broadened her organizational insight and leadership capabilities—skills that she now brings back into her new role.
