HARRISBURG, PA — Millers Mutual Insurance today announced that Scott Orndorff, a current member of the Board of Directors and former President & CEO of the company, has been appointed Interim President & Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. His appointment follows the departure of the company’s previous President & CEO, Jeffrey Pratt.

Orndorff brings extensive executive leadership experience to the interim role. As President & CEO of Millers Mutual from 2014 to December 2020, he led the company through operational transformation, strategic growth, and multiple periods of transition. His deep understanding of the organization and strong governance background make him a natural choice to provide stability during this time.

In his interim capacity, Orndorff will work closely with the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure a smooth transition while Millers Mutual initiates the process of identifying a permanent President & CEO.
