We are thrilled to announce that Kristine Glace has joined Millers Mutual as our new Quality Control Leader. Kristine brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry, covering both health and property and casualty sectors.

Before joining Millers Mutual, Kristine spent seven years at MEMIC (Maine Mutual Insurance Company) as Manager of Business Systems Analysis. There, she led a team of Business Analysts, overseeing requirements gathering for business system applications, including enhancements, implementations, and bug fixes. She also served as the product owner for a suite of applications supporting claims, underwriting, performance management, and operational reporting.

Kristine holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communication from Lock Haven University. She is also a Workers Compensation Professional (WCP) and holds certifications in Certified Process Improvement (CPIS) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM-1).
