Millers Mutual Named Safety Lead Partner for Capital Area Head Start Program 2020-21 School Year With $10,000 Donation

Millers Mutual Insurance donates $10,000 to Keystone Human Services’ Capital Area Head Start (CAHS) program. In preparation for the 2020-21 School Year, CAHS needed various items to keep their students, staff, and families safe due to the extraordinary COVID-19 situation. With the $10,000 donation, CAHS will be able to distribute various needed PPE such as air purifiers for classrooms, thermometers, student masks, teachers masks and cleaning supplies for classrooms.

At Millers Mutual, we believe in giving back to our community. For us, community engagement is both a corporate commitment and a personal responsibility. Our Charitable Giving Committee meets throughout the year to review, evaluate, and oversee our company-wide charitable giving strategy and funding guidelines.

In years past, Millers Mutual has donated items such as home safety kits, fire extinguishers and smoke detectors to the families enrolled in CAHS.For more information contact Katie Gouldner, PR Marketing and Communications Specialist.
