We’re excited to welcome Keith Dawson, who joins Millers as our Agency and Brokerage Sales Relationship Leader. Keith will be transitioning into the role currently held by Stuart Cohen, who will retire in February. We are grateful for Stuart’s leadership and look forward to Keith continuing the strong momentum he has built.

Keith brings 25+ years of insurance industry experience, beginning his career at Nationwide Insurance as a Personal Lines Representative before moving into Commercial Underwriting. Most recently, he served as a Senior Marketing Representative at Utica First Insurance Company, where he strengthened agency relationships and supported regional growth.

In this role, Keith will oversee Millers Mutual’s Independent Agency Distribution Network across seven states and Washington, D.C., and manage Riverside Brokerage Services, our in-house brokerage. He will also lead efforts to identify and build new agency partnerships for our multifamily housing, affordable housing, and student housing products. In addition, Keith will collaborate across teams on key initiatives such as product development, underwriting support, sales training, market strategy, and agency growth planning.

Keith graduated from Mansfield University with a B.S. in Communications and is currently pursuing his CPCU designation—a testament to his commitment to professional development.
