Millers is proud to spotlight the continued growth of one of our rising team members, Jazmin Marroquin, who has been promoted to Assistant Underwriter. Since joining Millers in July 2023, Jazmin has been a solid contributor whose dedication, professionalism, and eagerness to grow have made a meaningful impact across our underwriting operations.

Jazmin brought with her over five years of experience in the insurance industry, including a successful tenure with Donegal Mutual Insurance Company, where she supported the underwriting team by processing incoming business, gathering and managing supporting documentation, and setting up, rating, and issuing new business. Her strong technical foundation and commitment to accuracy quickly made her a valuable addition to the Millers team.

During her time with us, Jazmin has continually invested in her professional development. She has completed several insurance courses through The Institutes, further rounding out her skills and expanding her industry knowledge. Her drive to learn and grow, combined with her steady contributions and collaborative mindset, has prepared her well for the next step in her career journey.

As she transitions into her new role as Assistant Underwriter, Jazmin will take on expanded responsibilities in evaluating risks, supporting our agency partners, and strengthening the underwriting process. We are confident that her enthusiasm, expertise, and dedication will continue to benefit the entire Millers organization.
