Erica joined the Claims Department on November 8, 2021, as a Claims Service Representative. She spent over three years at Nationwide starting in the claims department as a non-injury claims adjuster and moving into a first-party medical claims adjuster position. She is thrilled to expand her knowledge of handling liability claims as her next chapter in her career with Millers.
