It is with much excitement we announce Jack Altland’s recent promotion to Supervisor Data Management and Analytics. In this role Jack will be responsible for providing leadership for data management, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and vendor management. Additionally, this role is also responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and management of data-related information technology assets which support our operations.

Jack started his career with Millers in April 2019 as a File Auditor reviewing claims and underwriting files within the Operations department. Prior to Millers, Jack spent time at both Kemper for 10 years and more recently Nationwide for 15 years. At Nationwide, Jack was a manager in the Casualty Claims department, and in the Underwriting department, where he acquired technical knowledge of claims and underwriting respectively; while providing leadership to his teams.

Jack is looking forward to bringing his technical and leadership experience to IT and continue to strengthen the relationships with the business and collaborate on solutions.
